BALNARRING WEEKLY WIND TRAINING (W/T) SESSIONS
Whether you’re a Cyclist or Triathlete, you will find the weekly Tuesday evening Wind Training sessions challenging, motivating and fun – Yes, believe it or not, working at times above Lactate Threshold and approaching Maximum Heart Rate can be fun as well. Your compadres in the small town hall at Balnarring will attest to that.
Our sessions are more than just about cycling. You’re out in the country amongst a wonderful group of energised/committed people – they know how to work hard and laugh loud. Over and above all this, you’ll enhance your overall fitness, cardio vascular capacity, leg strength and pedalling technique and efficiency.
All you require is your W/T (Wind Trainer), your bike, water bottle, 2 towels [one for under your bike] and a healthy dose of passion.

Time: arrive at 6.00 for a 6.15pm start - Sessions run for about an hour.
